As you work through a job task, you may wish to flag specific to-do items as completed.
Ticking-off all the to-do items in a task does not automatically flag the task as complete. See Tick off completed tasks.
To flag a to-do item as completed:
- In the Jobs menu, select Jobs.
- On the Job Manager screen (All tile), drill down on the job number of the job that includes the task that contains the to-do item you want to update.
- On the job detail screen, scroll down to the Tasks section, and drill down on the name of the task that contains the to-do item you want to update.
- On the task detail screen, select the To-Dos tab.
- On the To-Dos tab, select the round checkbox
to the left of the to-do item name. The checkbox changes to green
