The client groups feature is available for Premium accounts only.
Using the Client Groups feature it is possible to group a series of clients together to view all of their jobs, invoices and quotes in one central view.
The Taxable Group feature is no longer supported.
Working with client groups

Create a client group
To create a new client group:
- In the main menu, select Clients.
- On the Groups tab, select + Create New Group.
- In the Create New Group dialog, specify the Group Name.
- Save your changes.

Add a client to a client group
To add a client to a client group:
- In the main menu, select Clients.
- On the Clients tab, select the checkbox to the left of the client name for each client you want to add to the client group.
- Click Add to Group.
- In the Adding to Group dialog, select a group to add the client (or clients) to.
- Save to add the client (or clients) to the selected group.

Edit a group
To edit the name of a client group:
- In the main menu, select Clients.
- On the Groups tab, drill down on the group name.
- Select Options > Edit Group.
- In the Edit Group dialog, change the group name, as required.
- Save your changes.

Delete a group
To delete a client group:
- In the main menu, select Clients.
- On the Groups tab, select one or more client groups to delete. The Delete button becomes active.
- Click Delete and confirm. The selected group (or groups) are deleted. The individual clients in the group will not be deleted, however the group will be deleted and the clients will no longer be linked to the group.

Remove a client from a group
To remove a client from a group:
- In the main menu, select Clients.
- On the Groups tab, drill down on the name of the group that the client is a member of.
- Select the checkbox next to the name of the client you wish to remove from the group. The Remove button becomes active.
- Click Remove and confirm. The client will no longer be a member of that group.
