As a certified advisor, please follow these instructions to add a new client subscription and receive your Partner discount.
If you're not already an advisor, find out more about becoming one.
Starting a new trial for your client
- Go to workflowmax2.com and click Start free trial. The 14 day free trial sign-up form is displayed.
- Provide the following information:
- the email address you use to login to your account
- your contact phone number
- your client's company name, role and country
- select the I've read and agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy checkbox.
- Click Create an account.
- Provide your client's timezone, number of users, industry, and add your advisor organisation.
- Log in to your account.
- Click your organisation name at the left-hand end of the menu bar, and select Portal.
- In the Portal screen you will see the new account you have set up.
- Click the Connect button to access their account and begin the setup for your client.
- In the main menu, select
> Staff > + Create New Staff to invite your client's staff into the account as staff members.
Because you have set up the organisation, you have been set up as Account owner. To transfer account ownership to another user, see the Account owner article
You will automatically be the billing contact on this account, so the subscription invoices will be emailed to you each month. If your business requires a different billing contact name and email address please contact our support team.
At the end of the trial period
When the trial period expires you will see a Sign Up Now button on your portal.
Click the sign up button and provide your credit card details to move this trial to a production account and to begin the billing process.
