A referral source is the way that a client finds out about your organisation, products, or services. Common referral sources include Google searches, LinkedIn or other social media channels.
Referral source information is currently saved on a per-client basis, so creating or changing the referral source for a client affects only that client. The drop-down list feature, which allows the referral source to be shared between clients, is coming soon.
The referral source field works differently from other drop-down lists in . A referral source is created when first used (and deleted automatically when not used), so there is no administration screen to create or edit referral sources.
